The terms that apply when you register for and attend The Founder’s Wall, a free live online masterclass with Jen Fairbairns.

1. These terms

These terms apply to your registration for, and attendance at, the free live online masterclass “The Founder’s Wall” (“the masterclass”), any replay of it, and your use of the pages on which it is promoted. The masterclass is provided by Jennifer Fairbairns, trading as Jen Fairbairns Coaching and Jen F Coaching (“Jen”, “we”, “us”).

By saving your seat you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not register. Any paid coaching you later choose to take up with Jen is governed by the separate terms at jenfairbairns.com/terms-and-conditions, not by this page.

2. The masterclass is free

There is no charge to register or attend, and nothing is required of you beyond your registration details. Nothing is sold during the live session. Jen may mention how to find out more about working with her, and you are free to ignore that entirely. Any offer made after the session is optional and will carry its own price and terms.

3. Registration and your seat

• Please register with accurate details. Your joining link is personal to you and should not be shared; places on the live session are limited and a shared link may stop you getting in.
• We may contact you by email and text message about the session, as set out in our privacy policy. You can stop marketing messages at any time.
• You must be 18 or over to register.
• We may refuse or cancel a registration where we reasonably believe it is fraudulent, abusive, or made by a competitor to obtain Jen’s materials.

4. Date, changes and cancellation

The date and time shown on the registration page are the planned schedule. We may need to change the date or time, change the format, or cancel the session, for example because of illness or a technical failure. If so we will tell registrants by email as early as we can and, where possible, offer a new date or a replay. Because the masterclass is free, we are not liable for any cost you incur in setting aside time to attend.

5. Recording and replay

The session is recorded. The recording may be made available as a replay to registrants and may later be edited and reused by Jen in other content. Attendees are not shown on camera or heard; questions and chat messages you post may appear in the recording with the name you joined under. See the privacy policy for how to ask for a question to be removed.

You may not record, screenshot, stream or otherwise copy the session or replay, in whole or in part, without Jen’s prior written permission.

6. Conduct during the session

We want the session to be useful for everyone. Please keep questions and chat respectful and on topic. We may remove anyone who is abusive, disruptive, who promotes their own services, or who shares content that is unlawful or offensive, and we may block them from future sessions.

7. Intellectual property

Everything presented in the masterclass and on these pages, including the Four Behavioural Archetypes Framework™, the Five Layers Method™, the concept of The Founder’s Wall, slides, worksheets, recordings, text and images, belongs to Jen Fairbairns or her licensors. You may use it for your own personal and business reflection. You may not copy, publish, sell, share, teach or build a product or service on it without prior written permission.

The client videos on these pages are shared with the permission of the people in them and may not be downloaded or reused.

8. Coaching is not therapy, and results are not guaranteed

The masterclass is coaching and education. In Jen’s words: “Coaching is not therapy, counselling, psychotherapy, psychiatry, medical treatment, or any form of clinical intervention.” Nothing in the session, the replay or these pages is medical, psychological, legal, financial or accounting advice, and it does not create a therapeutic, clinical or medical relationship. The frameworks discussed are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. If you have significant concerns about your mental or physical health, please speak to a qualified professional.

The client stories on these pages are individual experiences. They are shared honestly and are not a promise of what you will achieve. Any changes you make in your business or life as a result of the session are your own decisions, and outcomes depend on your circumstances and what you do with the ideas.

9. Our liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, because the masterclass is provided free of charge, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your attendance or your reliance on anything said in it, including loss of profit, revenue, business or opportunity, or any indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

10. Technical requirements

The live session is delivered through a third-party webinar platform in your web browser. You are responsible for your own device, internet connection and any compatibility problems at your end. We are not responsible for interruptions caused by your connection, your device, or by faults in the third-party platform, though we will do our best to make a replay available if the live session fails.

11. Privacy

How we handle your personal data is explained in our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

12. General

• If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest still applies.
• We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time you register is the one that applies to that registration.
• These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland. Nothing in them affects any mandatory consumer rights, or rights relating to jurisdiction, that apply to you under the law of where you live.
