Privacy Policy

Last updated: 4 November 2026

How we look after the details you give us when you register for The Founder’s Wall masterclass, and what we do with them.

1. Who we are

This website, and the free live masterclass it promotes (“The Founder’s Wall”), are run by Jennifer Fairbairns, trading as Jen Fairbairns Coaching and Jen F Coaching. For the purposes of UK data protection law, Jennifer Fairbairns is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.

You can contact us about anything in this policy at hello@jenfairbairns.com.

This policy covers the masterclass registration pages only. Jen’s main website and coaching services are covered by the privacy policy at jenfairbairns.com/privacy-policy.

2. What we collect and why

We only collect what we need to run the masterclass, follow up with you about it, and understand how people find it.

WhatWhenWhy we use it
Name, email address, phone numberWhen you save your seatTo register you, send your joining link, reminders and the replay, and to follow up about the session and related coaching offers.
Your answers to three short questions (what is pulling you to this, the stage of your business, and whether you would be in a position to invest in coaching)Straight after you save your seat. Answering is optional.To understand who is attending so Jen can pitch the session at the right level, and to decide which follow-up is relevant to you.
Registration date and time, and the session you registered forWhen you save your seatTo manage attendance and send reminders at the right time.
How you found us: campaign tags in the link you clicked (UTM parameters), the page you arrived from, and, if you came from a Facebook or Instagram ad, Meta’s click identifier and its _fbp/_fbc cookiesWhen you save your seatTo measure which adverts and channels bring people to the masterclass and to report conversions back to the advertising platform.
Attendance, questions and chat messages during the live session, and replay viewingDuring and after the sessionTo run the session, answer questions and tailor follow-up.
Technical data such as IP address, browser and device typeWhenever you visitCollected routinely by our hosting and video providers to serve the pages securely and keep them working.

Our lawful bases

  • Performing our agreement with you. When you register, we need your details to give you what you asked for: a seat, a joining link and reminders.
  • Legitimate interests. Understanding who attends, measuring our advertising, keeping the site secure, and telling existing registrants about related sessions and coaching offers. You can object at any time (see section 7).
  • Consent. Where we rely on consent, for example for optional cookies, you can withdraw it at any time.

3. Marketing messages

By saving your seat you agree that we may email you, and send text messages to the phone number you give, about the masterclass: your joining link, reminders, the replay, and a short follow-up afterwards. Jen may also tell you about related coaching, sessions and resources.

Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can reply STOP to any text message. You can also email hello@jenfairbairns.com and we will stop. Stopping marketing does not affect reminders for a session you have already registered for unless you ask us to cancel your registration too.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the service providers we use to run the masterclass, who process it on our instructions:

  • GoHighLevel (LeadConnector), the customer relationship system that stores your registration and sends our emails and text messages.
  • WebinarJam, which hosts the live session, generates your personal joining link and sends session reminders.
  • Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram), if you reached us through one of our adverts. We may send Meta a hashed version of your contact details and the click identifier so it can match your registration to the advert you saw. Meta’s own privacy policy governs what it does with that data.
  • Google Fonts, which supplies the typefaces on these pages. When a page loads, your browser requests the font files from Google, which receives your IP address in the process.
  • Our web hosting provider, which serves these pages and keeps standard server logs.

We may also share data where the law requires it, or to protect our rights.

5. International transfers

Some of the providers above are based in, or store data in, the United States. Where personal data leaves the UK we rely on safeguards recognised under UK law: the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified, or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement and standard contractual clauses otherwise.

6. How long we keep it

  • Registration details and survey answers: for as long as you remain on our mailing list, then up to 12 months so we can honour your unsubscribe and answer any queries.
  • Attribution data (UTM tags, Meta identifiers): up to 24 months, for campaign reporting.
  • Session recordings: the recording of Jen’s presentation may be kept and reused indefinitely. Attendee chat and questions are kept with the recording for up to 12 months.
  • Server logs: as set by our hosting provider, typically under 90 days.

If you go on to work with Jen, your details are kept under the retention periods in the main website privacy policy.

7. Your rights

Under the UK GDPR you can ask us to:

  • give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
  • correct anything that is inaccurate;
  • delete your data (we will do so unless we have a lawful reason to keep it);
  • restrict how we use it, or object to us using it, including for marketing;
  • give you your data in a portable format;
  • withdraw consent, where consent is the basis we rely on.

Email hello@jenfairbairns.com and we will respond within one month. There is no charge. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We would welcome the chance to put things right first.

8. Cookies and similar technology

These pages set very little themselves. The registration page keeps the campaign tags from the link you clicked in your browser’s session storage, which is cleared when you close the tab, so that we can still record where you came from if you register a few minutes later. If you arrived from a Meta advert, Meta’s cookies (_fbp and _fbc) may be present, and the registration form reads them to pass on with your registration.

The live session and replay are delivered by WebinarJam, which sets its own functional cookies to keep you connected. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the session may not work properly without the functional ones.

9. Recording of the live session

The masterclass is recorded so that registrants who cannot attend live can watch a replay. The recording captures Jen’s presentation and may include questions and chat messages that attendees post, shown with the name you joined under. Attendees are not shown on camera or heard. If you would rather your question not appear in the replay, say so when you ask it, or email us and we will remove it.

10. Children

The masterclass is for business owners and senior leaders. It is not aimed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

11. Changes to this policy

If we change how we use your data we will update this page and the date at the top. For a significant change we will also email registrants.
